The Customer is King at Krane Heating and Cooling! Charley and Mike did an excellent job mating my new furnace to my existing equipment. I was not happy I need a new furnace; but I have always been happy with Krane. They go above and beyond with great service every time. The new furnace is very comfortable, the price was good. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Bob took a much longer time to do the work than I expected. He was all by himself for the bulk of the work. Not his fault. You didn't send the person who gave me the original quote. I would have preferred that you scheduled the work to be done by the person who quoted but said you would call and make the appointment, which you did but didn't confirm person to do the work.
